:: Is anything too big? [giveaway + video]

Weeks after Lily came to live with us, we went for a walk – the surest way I had found to hear her heart above the noise of fussy babies. Walks were our time and during this one she mentioned a name – an attachment – to a friend in a place where we thought […]

  • Bonnie McDonald - I shared via Facebook and donated. May God continue to bless your efforts.ReplyCancel

  • Jessica - Lily’s heart has to be one of the biggest on the planet – Lily-stories always make me cry and the video was no exception.

What’s the best way to get in touch with you about the waiting children? My heart has always had a soft-spot for older child adoption (probably because that’s how my big brother came to our family).

With a new job starting in January, my husband and I are finally going to be reaching a place where we’ll have the resources to expand our family.

I don’t know if it is wishful thinking or something more, but, I had prayed recently for guidance on this next step and those lines in your post – **If God is tugging at your heart for the older ones – the ones without an exit strategy – would you contact me? There are many waiting and I would love to point you towards them. – struck me as being the answer to that prayer.

    Best,
    JessicaReplyCancel

    • MandieJoy - Jessica,

There’s a little “contact” button at the top of my blog (it’s a little envelope in a green circle). Just click that and it will go to my email. I’m so excited for you…and for the direction the Lord is leading you. Shoot me that email and I’ll give you a list of people to contact/articles to read, etc. :)
